Background: Sheila was to say the least; unplanned. A computer error leading to her genetic anomaly of XX gender rather than the standard XY. While normally this would have lead to her immediate termination, one of the Caminoan nurses took her home instead and she was raised for quite some time there as the nurses adopted daughter. She was named Sheila and while she was not officially included in the training sessions of her batch brothers she often snuck out to observe and practice on her own later.

Eventually however there came a time when her Mother became fearful that she would be subjected to the same tests and genetic programming as her brothers. And so with a heavy heart she smuggled her daughter off the planet. Sending her to what she hoped would be a safe place for the girl to be raised. Sheila took what little training she had with her and over the following years honed this skill set. She forged herself into a top class pilot and a passionate blaster crafter and modifier.

At 17 years old Sheila heard the scattered and haphazard reports from the aftermath of Order 66. Not having been subjected to the programming that caused the sudden turn; she was unsurprisingly shocked and horrified at what she heard. Her brothers of course had all been accelerated to adulthood long ago. And she is still unsure how many; if any at all- survived the event.

Two more years passed and at 19 the young woman heard whispers that someone was trying to pull together the beginnings of a rebellion. She immediately sought out the leader of this group and rather pushily forced her way into the organization. With no combat planned for some time; she took on the occupation of transport pilot, and became the transport not only for people but also for supplies and rations.

However; her first mission nearly ended her career before it began. She was meant to pick up a contact who had been covertly gathering information and safely escort him back to their base. While the pickup went smoothly they were targeted halfway to Headquarters and after a brief skirmish Sheila’s ship was shot down. They crash landed on a low-grade planet, their communications shot and the engines irreparable.

Sheila panicked, having never been in such a seemingly hopeless situation and exclaimed rather absurdly that she didn’t want to die a virgin. The contact; casually idling on a cot in the back, commented that it didn’t have to be that way. This is how she and a reckless man named Syd became friends (with benefits).

Only later, after a seemingly fortunate rescue did she learn that Syd had a distress beacon which he’d activated after their crash. The next time she saw him; she casually punched him in the head. After which point they were able to resume their friendship.

Time passed and the young woman became a seasoned pilot. At 21 she was sent to deliver a message to a contact on Kashyyyk. There she met a young lady named Lyrre who was staying on the planet to train in the Jedi arts. The two quickly became friends despite Lyrre being just 16 at the time. And after she left they kept a regular correspondence with each other.

Most recently she was called in to transport a holovid celebrity and his mousy assistant off of corruscant. He arranged the covert transport to avoid the fate that had been dealt to the rest of his Family (they were arrested for allegedly sympathizing with the rebellion) and at the same time look for a way to rescue them.

Not long after she was reunited with another long time friend of hers an Al Bhed technician named Ymela Juhn. And it was also about this time that Syd (remember Syd?) inexplicably began to stay for breakfast after 3 years of their hit-and-run arrangement. She was completely baffled by the apparently sudden change but adapted to it nonetheless (after a bar room chat with Ymela wherein she described the man as being like a cat. To which Ymela replied that if that’s what he is there isn’t really anything Sheila can do about it).

Now awaiting new orders; Sheila is enjoying a long overdue leave and some rest and relaxation.
